1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to Laminquaun Floraison, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of floral arrangements. We offer two subscription tiers (e.g.Quarterly, Monthly) as detailed on our pricing page.
2. Billing & Payments
- Recurring Charges: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
- Taxes: All applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on the delivery address.
3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Windows: While we strive for precision, delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or traffic.
- Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery driver has access to the property (gate codes, apartment buzzers).
- Unattended Deliveries: If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe, shaded spot. LaMinquaun Floraison is not liable for theft or damage caused by exposure to elements after delivery.
4. Variations & Substitutions
Nature is unpredictable!
- Seasonality: Specific flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability.
- Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute blooms with those of equal or greater value to ensure your bouquet is fresh and beautiful. The final product may differ slightly from website photos.
5. Cancellations & Skips
- Skipping a Delivery: You may cancel a scheduled delivery by contacting Laminquaun Floraison at least 7 days before the delivery date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Refunds & Quality Guarantee
We want you to love your blooms.
- Issues: If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the arrangement.
- Resolution: At our discretion, we will provide a replacement bouquet or a partial credit toward your next delivery. We do not offer full refunds for "change of mind."
7. Limitation of Liability
Laminquaun is not liable for any allergic reactions or pet toxicity resulting from our floral products. It is the customer's responsibility to keep flowers out of reach of sensitive individuals and animals.
